How you can help us keep your parks open and cared for.

We have been entrusted with the care and preservation of the Napa Valley State Parks for the benefit of everyone.  Park fees do not cover the total cost of keeping the parks clean, beautiful and open for you, your family and friends to enjoy. We need your help and you can make a difference!

Volunteer – Spend time doing what you love!  The parks can use your help as a docent, hike leader, miller apprentice, historic re-enactor, visitor center greeter, trail or wood crew worker, researcher, cemetery restorer, writer of newsletter articles, event/fundraiser coordinating and more!

Volunteer Orientation— Join us for our next volunteer orientation on April 27, 2024, at Bothe-Napa Valley State Park from 10 AM to 12 PM. Learn about the various volunteer positions available throughout our parks and join our team! Click here for more information.

This pass provides access to Bothe-Napa Valley State Park and the Bale Grist Mill State Historic Park for the 2023 year.
