Step into the Holiday Spirit at the Historic Bale Grist Mill

As live folk music drifts through the park and the scent of warm apple cider fills the air, guests of all ages can enjoy hands-on crafts, traditional demonstrations, and the cozy charm of a holiday gathering at one of Napa Valley’s most cherished historic landmarks.
Activities and Demonstrations

- Craft wreaths and garlands from fragrant fir, bay, and toyon berries 
- Decorate cookies and create handmade ornaments 
- Try your hand at quill pen calligraphy and sealing wax

Every corner of the mill will be filled with something to see, make, or taste—whether it’s a handmade pomander, a woven wheat ornament, or a freshly baked cookie.
