Live Auction
The live auction at the Napa Valley State Parks Association Harvest Dinner offers an exciting opportunity to bid on exclusive items, with proceeds directly supporting our parks. If you are unable to attend the dinner but wish to bid on our Live Auction items, you can submit a proxy bid.

A bidder proxy is a convenient way for you to participate in an auction even if you can’t attend in person. By using a proxy bid, you authorize a representative to bid on your behalf during the auction, ensuring that you have the opportunity to win the items you're interested in.

Submit Your Proxy Form: Fill out a proxy bid form, providing your contact information and the auction items you're interested in. You will set a starting bid and a maximum bid for each item.
Bidding on Your Behalf: On the day of the auction, a representative from the Napa Valley State Parks Association will place bids for you, starting at the minimum bid and increasing according to the auction increments. They will not exceed your maximum bid.
Winning the Auction: If your proxy bid is the highest at the end of bidding, you win the item. You'll be notified via email and/or phone, and your payment will be processed automatically using the information provided.
Payment and Delivery: If you're the winning bidder, you’ll receive an invoice, and your credit card will be charged within a specified time frame. The item will be delivered or can be picked up at a designated location.

Fill Out the Form: Complete the proxy bid form, providing accurate contact details and specifying the items you want to bid on.
Set Your Limits: Be clear about your maximum bid for each item. This is the highest amount you're willing to pay.
Submit on Time: Make sure to submit the form by the deadline on September 27, 2024 by 5 PM to ensure your proxy is active during the auction.

No Refunds: Once a bid is placed and won, the sale is final. Make sure to carefully consider your maximum bid.
Ties: In the case of a tie, the proxy bid that was submitted first will be the winning bid.
Taxes: Your winning bid may be tax-deductible depending on the fair market value of the item. Consult with a tax professional for more information.
